Product warranty
All exclusive distributors of KANTERA products, on behalf of the developer and manufacturer, offer a limited lifetime 25-year warranty with all KANTERA sinks used in normal domestic installations. Under the guarantee of the developer and manufacturer, the distributor warrants KANTERA products to be free from all manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. The distributor will repair or replace (at their discretion), at no charge (excluding labor), any KANTERA product supplied by the distributor that is proven to be defective under normal domestic use.

Product Certification
All the sinks and waste kits are CSA or cUPC approved and meet the EN278 standard requirements. Sinks are tested & exceed the requirements of CSA standard ASME A112.19.3-2008/CSA B45.4-08 – Stainless steel plumbing fixtures. All taps are tested & all components, including cartridges, aerators, hoses & valves are cUPC (CSA B125.1) certified & approved and NSF 61 certified. Most taps have the Watermark & WELS certification in accordance with Australian and New Zealand plumbing and government regulations. Bamboo cutting boards have FDA & LFGB certificates
